Our members get to enjoy a wide range of benefits and weekly events. Our goal is to offer our members fun events to balance the often stressful everyday work. Our events range from breakfasts to skiing trips to relaxed workshops to cater for all tastes. Our remember benefits are frequently updated and are easily accessed through the member benefit bank.

We believe that the better you know your work community, the more you will enjoy your work. And the more you enjoy your work, the better you will perform. It’s a win-win situation!
Our events range from morning yoga to downhill skiing trips, and wine tasting to interesting workshops.

As a Village member, you will also have access to our member benefits bank, full of great offers. Our wide variety of benefits includes discounts on massage and restaurant services, gym memberships, event spaces, and digital marketing platforms, to give just a few examples. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg!
Our members get their credentials on the intranet, which can be accessed via Desktop or the app.
As a member, you can also add the benefits offered by your company to the benefits bank and thus gain additional visibility for your services.

Although work spaces are key to what we do, above all, VillageWorks is a community. Our key building blocks are our welcoming community coordinators, our recurring events, and of course our wonderful members!
Naturally, we haven’t forgotten man’s best friend! All dogs as well as other four-legged, winged, hairless and hairy ones are always welcome.
