CROSS BXNG is a revolutionary fitness boxing class that combines the intensity of boxing with the versatility of functional training. You’ll switch between high-energy boxing rounds and dynamic exercises like burpees, squat jumps, and push-ups. The session is done in pairs, allowing you to train together and push each other to the limit.

- BXNG training starts promptly at 16:00.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before the session begins.
What to wear
- We recommend wearing comfortable sportswear and bringing a water bottle.
- Gloves will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
