Sinihelmi and its neighbouring building both have lunch restaurants, so you’ll never have far to go for a bite to eat. The lower lobby in Sinihelmi is conveniently home to the Powerbase gym, whose expert team are truly the best out there. The VillageWorks work spaces are located on floor two of the building and you can rent offices of a range of different sizes as well as coworking spaces. Members can also make use of the five meeting rooms, eight phone booths and two kitchens, all fully equipped. The spaces have been designed to be calming, so coffee and tea breaks are a genuinely rejuvenating few minutes away from your desk.

The community coordinator at Sinihelmi is me, Teemu Iivari. As a community coordinator, it is my job to make Sinihelmi as comfortable place to be as possible – from the moment you step inside to the moment you leave.
