Starting fresh in Finland required a new office<\/h3>\n

Downing Renewable Developments already had operations in the UK and other Nordic countries. In spring 2024, the company entered the Finnish market, which also meant starting from scratch in finding the right office. One of the key criteria was a central location in the heart of Helsinki.<\/p>\n

An office that supports smooth everyday work<\/h3>\n

Beyond the central location, Downing has especially valued the services and everyday convenience. They have made frequent use of the meeting rooms, with spaces of different sizes readily available. Catering for meetings \u2013 from breakfasts to afternoon coffees \u2013 has been handled smoothly by the reception with the help of community coordinator Nora.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019ve settled in well \u2013 everyday work flows smoothly, and the office services make things easy. The relaxation room has also been a great addition for breaking up longer workdays.\u201d<\/p>\n

The location has also proven ideal for international visitors.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe host a lot of international guests, and that was one of the main reasons we looked for an office in central Helsinki. For our visitors, it\u2019s convenient \u2013 the airport connection by train is just a kilometer away, and good hotels and services are right next door.\u201d<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
