The TRIB3 studio is located in the historic Adlon cinema, right in the heart of Helsinki. TRIB3 brings a completely new group workout experience to Helsinki’s fitness fans, where sweat flows, heart rates soar, and team spirit drives you forward.
Schedule:
– It is recommended to arrive half an hour before the class starts, no later than 20 minutes
– Tee class starts at 4:15 PM
