We offer three magnificent event spaces with saunas, a classically luxurious Ballroom, and a stylish Business Lounge, allowing you to choose the perfect venue for your event. Whether it’s a corporate party, a sauna evening, or a birthday celebration, VillageWorks has the ideal spaces for the most important moments of your life! Best of all, cleaning is always included in the price, and you’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks.

Event Spaces with Sauna

Sauna evening, bachelor/bachelorette party, birthday, company celebration – or just a regular Friday? A successful event needs stylish surroundings! Explore our event spaces in Kamppi, Sörnäinen, and Lauttasaari. The venues feature both a sauna and a rooftop terrace.

Sky Lounge

Sky Lounge, located above the roofs of Helsinki, in Kamppi Autotalo, is a luxurious event space with a sauna for business use. Max for 40 people.

Simpukka & Koralli

In Valas, there is a party space with a sauna, which you can divide in half for a larger or smaller group if necessary. Premises can be booked even until the morning. Max for 70 people.

Santorini

On the shore of Lauttasaari, the most homely and comfortable event space with a sauna is hidden right next to the sea. Space can be booked even until the morning! Max for 20 people.

Event Venues in the Heart of Helsinki

Corporate events, cocktail parties, or graduation celebrations – the Business Lounge and Ballroom in the city center provide an elegant setting for your event. Located in historic Neo-Renaissance and Art Nouveau buildings, these venues add a touch of sophistication to any occasion.

Ballroom

A classic, festive event space lit with crystal chandeliers in the historic Suomitalo, close to Stockmann in the city center. Max for 30 people.

Business Lounge

Business Lounge at Erottajankatu is a stylish space for corporate events. It’s perfect for product launches, cocktail events, or more relaxed evening events. Max for 75 people.

Auditoriums for Larger Events

Looking for a venue for a bigger event? VillageWorks offers two auditoriums, each accommodating approximately 90 people, perfect for various large gatherings. Both auditoriums are conveniently located near Helsinki city center, in Kamppi and Lauttasaari. They are ideal for seminars, large meetings, and corporate events.

Aalto Auditorium in Kamppi

Designed by the renowned architect Alvar Aalto, the Aalto Auditorium is a classic venue situated in Sähkötalo, right in the heart of Helsinki’s Kamppi district. It is an excellent choice for events hosting 60–90 guests.

Lauttasaari Auditorium

Located in the charming Lauttasaari district, our Heikkiläntie auditorium is perfect for hosting training sessions and similar events for 60–90 participants.
