Event Spaces in Valas
On the top floor, you’ll find two amazing event spaces: Koralli, which can host up to 50 people and includes a sauna, and Simpukka, perfect for more intimate events of up to 20 guests. These spaces are ideal for Christmas parties, birthdays, bachelor parties, or sauna evenings. You can bring your own food and drinks, easily sourced from nearby restaurants and shops.

Hämeentie 31 has carbon-neutral waste management; its carbon dioxide emissions are offset annually by creating permanent carbon sinks through reforestation. In addition, all purchased electricity for the property is sourced 100% from renewable energy.
