Midday Pilates

Looking for a break from the pace of your workday? Midday Pilates is the perfect way to pause, stretch, and recharge your focus for the rest of the afternoon. During the session, we strengthen the body, release tension, and calm the mind.

The class is suitable for all levels – no previous experience needed. You’re welcome to bring your own mat or borrow one from us.
